I recently purchased a TrueRNGpro V2. The device works well on my x86-64 Windows 10 system. However, it will not enumerate on my Apple M1 macOS Monterey 12.1 (21C52) laptop. No new devices appear under ‘/dev’ after plugging-it in. I have tried different USB cables and ports, but to no avail. The device does boot/light-up when plugged-in on the Apple M1 laptop, though.

Does anyone know if this device is supported, or if a driver is needed/available, for the Apple M1?

I appreciate everyone’s time and help, in advance.

    Thank you.

Not sure about V2, but I have a V3 and it works like a charm on my Apple M1 device.

To choose the right service, you need to use reviews and recommendations, this is true
