I am curious if anyone has used TrueRNG on the openSUSE distro, and if so if there are any issues or things to know about getting it to work with this distro?

Also, are there any quantity discounts available?

We haven’t tried openSUSE specifically, but we don’t have any reason to believe there would be any issues, most modular kernels have the USB CDC driver module, and the rng-tools package available.
As for quantity discounts, there are some on tindie right now, there aren’t any on amazon at the moment.

    Works perfectly.

Install the udev rules, install rng-tools package, and add the TrueRNG to rngd and output to /dev/random.

    For instance add to after.local in /etc “rngd -r /dev/TrueRNG -o /dev/random”
